- Name of set, quantity, delivery address, delivery date and contact details

Delivery or Collection
1) Free delivery apply to all gift sets within Hong Kong. 

 Delivery Date options: 
A. 1-2 December, 2011
B. 6-8  December, 2011
C.  14-16 December, 2011
D.  21-23 December, 2011

2) Collection
You can collect the gift sets from WWF Wanchai office. This saves us the delivery and administration costs and makes a further contribution to WWF. Once we receive your order, our staff will contact you to coordinate the collection date.

1) Please make full payment upon order confirmation, and prior to the delivery date.

Other notes:
1)The cost of hamper includes delivery of the gift basket to a designated location in Hong Kong.
2)Each gift box will come with a gift card.
3)$20 will be charged for item replacement /insertion.
4)If any of the items in the gift basket or the basket itself is sold out at the time of packing, a replacement  item of equivalent value will be used without further notice.
5)The Philippines Fair Trade Hand-woven Basket for Sustainable Holidays and Sustainable Greetings is limited in supply and available on a first come first serve basis.
